It is important to make sure that you have your information provided to assure quick processing of your QDRO when it comes time.  By clicking on the "LOCK-IN my Discount" button above you are not initiating the process yet, you are just confirming the information is correct.  By clicking on the "LOCK-IN" my Discount you are simply initiating the issuance of your Discount Certificate for use when you are ready to complete your QDRO.  It in no way obligates you to start the service until you are ready.
